1. why is it when you are typing here and you right click your mouse you dont get the copy cut paste menu? is it my settings?

2. Capital letters. Why cant I get my title all capitalized. I've used cap key and shift key none work. again my settings or RXs?

I think #1 is a quirk in the software(but the "Edit" menu at the top of your IE window should work). If you're using firefox, I have this problem on all sites.

#2 is a software setting that I believe is intentional
